  1. Reduce swelling around the eyes – puffiness and dark circles can be diminished by relaxing with your eyes closed and cut sections of cucumber resting on your eyes
  2. Relax your skin – cucumbers and our skin have the same levels of hydrogen so mashed up cucumber will soothe and soften skin
  3. Soothe sun burn – mild sunburn can be soothed with slices of cucumber. it will cool and keep your skin supple. remember to always go out in the sun safely but if you don’t freshen up with a  cucumber.
  4. As a delicious drink – add strips of cucumber or cucumber skin to water to enhance the flavour of the water.
  5. Cucumber mask – peel and remove the seeds of a cucumber, blend the flesh with 4-5 mint leaves, fold in a beaten egg white, apply to your skin and leave to dry for 20 minutes
